Provincial Debate Tournament hosted by SJS
SJS is excited to co-host the BC High School Provincial Debate Championships March 19-20, 2010. The Junior categories will be hosted by St. John’s, while West Point Grey Academy will host the Senior categories.
At the Lower Mainland West Championships in January, SJS Juniors Eric B. and Tosh T. qualified for these Provincial Championships and are looking forward to having a “home field advantage” for this competition.
This is a great opportunity for St. John’s to display not only a developing and excelling public speaking program, but also our growing school. For such an event to be a success, we are heavily dependent upon our school community for volunteers. Interested in volunteering?
