Week One (July 2 - 5, 2019)

  • Rides of Passage (Full day)

    Are you interested in biking? Do you want to feel more confident and be able to ride longer? Do you want to learn basic repairs? We’re happy to offer an opportunity to see the Lower Mainland on two wheels and to learn new skills while having fun. Please note: participants will need their own bike in working order and will receive professional mechanical repairs courtesy of VeloFix / RAD Cycles.

  • Lights, Camera, Acting! (Full day)

    Have you ever wanted to star in or direct a film? Join us for a hands-on and authentic drama and film programme! Participants will explore their inner actors through theatre exercises and drama games throughout the week, all while creating their very own short films. Learn the art of crafting a story for the screen, creating characters and directing your own big ideas. See your visions come to life!

Week Two (July 8 - 12, 2019)

  • Sport and Strategy Games (Full day)

    Get off the couch and out of the house! Step out of the virtual world and into a week of strategy and sport that will challenge you mentally and physically. Stay active each day participating in your favourite sports and team building activities that promote confidence, leadership and teamwork. Leave with new skills in sports and in life. Rise to the challenge!

Week Three (July 15 - 19, 2019)

  • Girls' Wellness and Weights (Full day)

    This camp is designed for girls who are interested in learning more about various types of fitness and the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle. We will introduce you to a variety of fitness from weight and cardio training to spinning, yoga and outdoor activities and games. We will also learn to make snacks and smoothies, go on outings and more. During the week we will emphasize how being strong and healthy can help to empower you with confidence!

  • Ultimate Etcetera (Afternoon)

    Attention athletes and activity enthusiasts! Come spend a high-energy week improving your disc throws and other sports skills at the park, at the beach and in the gym. Get ready to challenge yourself with ultimate, play a variety of outdoor games, and have fun just hanging out and being active.
