Overview

The International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) is for students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 5. The focus is on the development of the whole child as an inquirer, both in and outside of the classroom.

Students have the opportunity to explore themes, which embrace a child’s curiousity and allow each child to investigate these topics in a variety of meaningful ways. Students ask questions that are relevant and interesting to them and through this process, students are able to learn independently and think critically.

We want our students to enjoy learning, be curious about themselves and the world around them and begin making connections between their classroom experiences and real life.
