An application fee of $300 or re-application fee of $100 is collected at the final step of the application. • 6. Decision

Dates for the 2022 - 2023 application window will be posted at a later date. The dates listed below are for our 2021 - 2022 admission window.

All applicants in our intake years (JK, K, Grades 1, 4 and 11) will be notified of our early decision offers by February 2022. Students who are offered a place will be asked to accept and secure their place with the payment of the new student registration and enrollment fee.

If a student meets the criteria but no space is available, a student will be placed in a wait pool. In the event that a space becomes available, all applications in the wait pool will be considered and a place will be offered to the most suitable candidate.

All other decisions will be communicated by March 2022.
  • 7. Re-Apply

As we often receive more qualified applicants than spaces available, we encourage you to re-apply, especially if your child will be applying for an intake year the following school year. If your child has been placed in the wait pool, your application will be valid until September 1 of the new school year.

If you wish to re-apply for the following school year, please submit a re-application by the application deadline. The re-application fee is $100. Please contact us at admissions@stjohns.bc.ca if you have any questions regarding the re-application process.
